Games & Puzzles - CST Therapy
Cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) involves a wide range of activities for dementia patients that aim to stimulate thinking and memory generally; activities may include word games, puzzles, discussion of past and present events and topics of interest, music and practical activities such as baking or gardening.
Important: For Alzheimer's disease, some therapeutic activities may be better suited than others, depending on which stage of the disease your loved one is experiencing. Read article "Therapeutic Activities for 3 Main Stages of Alzheimer's disease".
