Do It Yourself (DIY) Ideas & Activities

DIY Picture Books  Make your own picture books with themes that will personally connect with your loved one, based on their personal interests, e.g., gardening, crafts, sewing, cooking, golf, other sports, etc. One idea is that you can purchase themed mini-wall calendars at reduced prices when you buy later in a new year and create your own picture books. Also consider creating in a large font size (e.g. 18 point) some favorite Scripture verses or Hymn verses to print out & accompany each calendar picture, insert both into sheet protectors (keep clean using wipes), and put into a 3-ring binder or poly 3-prong folder.
